These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Arthur’s Place website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

ACCESS TO OUR FACEBOOK GROUP
We have no obligation to monitor your participation in our Facebook social group, Arthur’s Place Social. However, we may monitor Arthur’s Place Social from time to time and disclose and remove any Content as necessary or appropriate to protect our self and other users of Arthur’s Place Social and to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request. We may refuse to post any Content that we consider unacceptable, undesirable, inappropriate or in violation of these Terms & Conditions or the Arthur’s Place Social Guidelines.
If your use of the Arthur’s Place Social Facebook group is considered by us to be a criminal offence under any laws applicable in the United Kingdom, then we may report any such use to the relevant authorities and disclose to them your Content and personal information. In such instance, your right to access the Arthur’s Place Social Facebook group will cease immediately and your Content may be permanently erased.
In order to submit your own Content to Arthur’s Place Social you will need to request membership and agree to be bound by these additional provisions:
• You will not submit Content to the Arthur’s Place Social Facebook group that you do not want to make public to the members of the group.
• You will not submit Content to the Arthur’s Place Social Facebook group that promotes initiatives not related to Arthur’s Place, even if they are not-for-profit, without our prior consent.
• If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Facebook username and/or password, you will immediately contact us and take all reasonable action to prevent any further unauthorised access (by for instance changing your password immediately).
• You will show respect to all other users of the Arthur’s Place Social Facebook group and always comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Arthur’s Place Social Guidelines and any other rules that we, or Facebook, may impose.
• You will not upload, post, distribute, link to, publish, reproduce, engage in or transmit Content that:
a. Is illegal, fraudulent, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, offensive, inappropriate or objectionable information or communications of any kind, including conduct that would encourage or constitute an attack or “flaming” others;
b. Could expose us to criminal or civil liability under any applicable law;
c. Is false or misleading information about your identity or qualification;
d. Impersonates someone else, or that constitutes a breach of any individual’s privacy, including posting images about children or any third party without their consent (or a parent’s consent in the case of a minor);
e. Is an advertisement, investment opportunity, chain letter, pyramid scheme, or other unsolicited commercial communication;
f. Would constitute spamming or flooding;
g. Contains viruses, trojan horses, worms or other disruptive or harmful software or code; and
h. Is not legally yours where you have not got permission to use such Content.
• You will give us permission to use your Content for the purpose of providing the Arthur’s Place website and promoting the Arthur’s Place website and Arthur’s Place Social Facebook group on our Facebook® page, Twitter® account and in other marketing media. However, we will not sell, publish or share your Content in a way that could identify you without your explicit permission.
• You will give us permission to use or disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can view our Privacy Policy.
• You will indemnify us and any related third parties in full, from and against all third-party claims, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred or suffered by such persons arising out of or related to your Content and/or any breach by you of any provision on these Terms & Conditions.
Where we reasonably suspect that some or all of your Content breaches these Terms & Conditions, we may delete any offensive content. In addition, we may remove you from the Arthur’s Place Social Facebook group, and where applicable, report you to the appropriate authorities.
If you find any Content in the Arthur’s Place Social Facebook group objectionable or which you believe infringes your rights or applicable law, then you should report it to us on Facebook using the “Report This Comment” functionality provided by Facebook.
