Roisin believes deeply in the healing properties of nature and loves getting her hands dirty at the allotment she shares with a friend. She began her arthritis journey in 2021 after initially experiencing pain and reduced mobility in her elbows, then her jaw, hips and spine. The 31-year-old recently returned to higher education to seek her masters degree in textiles and has just restarted lifting weights in order to get stronger again.
Roisin lives with her husband in Lancashire, where she works - and spends most of her money - in a garden centre.
